Im having a strange problem where my image boxes for sprites/tiles change size by themselves. Each tile is supposed to be 360X360Twips. I have made them manually however they keep resizing and moving themselves sometimes by 0.___ and sometimes 80twips. However this problem happens only with .width and .left of the tiles. I have also tried to set their width and .left with code but its the same outcome. In the exe below character width should allways be 360. At form_load I set its width to 360 but it automatically changes to 359.___ and once you move, it resizes again to 322. Also area info should be 3600 but it has resized itself ><. Anyone know what the problem is? http://www.reilsson.com/malo/exe.zip Ps: Just remaking pokemon for fun :D Edit: Sorry didnt notice this is general programming. jack_Ghost is right - post the code in [ source ] tags - ideally the relevent parts as we don't (usually) have time to look through all of your code.

However, as an idea, the "twips" measurement is display specific I believe (pica is printer specific, but I might of mixed them up), My understanding of the VB6 scale mode properties is that ONLY vbPixel (#3) is a constant measurement - everything else is varied according to system properties.

But, without source code fragments you aren't likely to get a better answer [smile]

This is pretty much all that i have, the many loops that are in form_load are confusing but i couldnt figure out the right equation to put them all in one. There are 14 tiles per row and 14 rows.
