I just bought a Geforce 256 DDR card. When I press ctrl-"+" and that "+" is from numpad, my screen does something weird. It almost looks like it crashes. But when I press ctrl-"+" again, it goes back to normal. This ctrl-plus is maybe a shotcut key in Geforce and it maybe should do something like switch a resolution, but for me it crashes. I want to disable that key, but how can I do it? (i need ctrl-"+" for zooming in photoshop)

Take a look into your taskbar, there should be an new icon.
Click on it with the right mousebutton and change the options (such as don''t load with startup).

There are two new icons there, but I didn''t find any useful options there. Not even "don''t load at startup".

Do you have geforce, richardve? And do you have the same bug?

Yes I have a GeForce2 MX and I don''t think it''s a bug.
It''s a feature from a program that should be somewhere on your computer.

What card do you have? (ie. Creative, Hercules, etc)

btw. maybe you''ve installed another program that detects those keypresses?

You didn''t mention anything about the drivers, so just in case you haven''t check them yet:

Click Start->Settings->Control Panel->Display
Click the Settings tab
Click the Advanced button

There you will find several configurable options for your video card, amongst which you''ll normally find settings to enable/disable shortcut keys and taskbar icons.
