forum stats

since you guys took out some stuff from the forum stats page when you removed the ranks (*sniff*) maybe you could add some more. My only idea was a ranking of the number of hits each forum got per day. Not the number of posts, but how many users enter each forum daily. If you want, you an just use a simple counter that increments every time the link is clicked. But I was wondering if you could tag the user as already entered the forum that day so his hit is logged only once. That way we get a true idea of how many people visit each forum. Not a high priority, mind you - I just had more than enough free time today and it popped into my head. Yeah I know - you wish I was busy

Yeah it would be interesting but what would it achieve for the rest of us. I personally would prefer to see the effort gone into something that would be more helpful in general.

It was just an idea that popped into my head. Sue me for thinking too much. I didn''t think it would be that hard.... but then again I have no idea.
