Need help!!!!

Hi, first of all i''ll start by saying that i am testing the waters (so to speak). I have an idea for a game, i started writing the basic story and storyboarding some aspects of it. I have very very very basic programming knowledge, so i am not really the best person to make it. Besides i want to be a game designer. What i would like to do is set up a team over the net and bring my game to life. So basically i''d need a couple of programmers, and artist (maybe 2) and a musician. I don''t have any plans to make the game commercial, basically i would like to use it to show how i helped bring my original design to life with the help of others, and how well the game matches my design will show how good (or bad) the design was, and the others involved can use the game as example work also. However if the game turned out to be succesfull i probably would make it commercial and everyone would therefore be payed accordingly. If there is anyone who would be interested in doing work under these terms please reply to this message. If i get enough replies i will start up the project and contact those who i think best fit the type of people i want. I am very greatfull for those who have taken the time to read this and to those who have taken the time to reply. oh, i almost forgot, the game is an RPG along the lines of final fantasy but i have an engeneous idea for the fight system.
