What he is doing is a foul IF the referee sees that AND isn't too shocked.

Our football players hit each other so freaking hard they have to wear freaking ARMOR. A little sack tap is nothing.

About a month ago, a friend of mine picked a fairly chubby kid up by what he thought was a roll of flab during a tackle in a ruby match. It turned out he had grabbed the guy by the goolies, and only realised when he started weezing and wincing in pain after hed been tackled.
