Hello! I am using directX and C++, and all of my directx stuff is done thru standard code, I was wondering If I could create a class for most of the directx stuff, lets say one for directinput, one for direct3d, etc. I am trying to change my code to do so, but I guess since I am not too experienced, the initialisation of directx is not woroking using classes. Is it possible to do everything in class, including initialisation? Thanks!

Loginius, yes it is possible and IMHO easier to keep track of
your dx objects this way...depending on how you construct your
classes, you don''t get that much overhead over straight
c code.

Plus you could then modularize your design just a little more, making it both easier to maintain (cross fingers) and to subdivide work among co-workers...

Don''t get me wrong C is still good, C++ is just another approach of doing things, that''s all..
