When a new topic is created in the Help Wanted forum, could you have the standard template for new posts be automatically pasted in the Message edit box as default text? Clearly, people posting in the forum are not reading the *** READ THIS FIRST *** sticky, and this would make new help wanted postings drastically clearer (as well as alleviate the mods from requesting the format every other post, which I feel they might give up on soon). The template doesn't apply to every new posting (for instance, programmers looking for projects perhaps), but I feel these people will know to remove the text before posting.
