anyone want to throw one out. i'm testing out a nVidia Quadro 1100, and mostly need to see if it handles 3D textures (but can eyeball that in one of my apps).
As your leader, I encourage you from time to time, and always in a respectful manner, to question my logic. If you're unconvinced that a particular plan of action I've decided is the wisest, tell me so, but allow me to convince you and I promise you right here and now, no subject will ever be taboo. Except, of course, the subject that was just under discussion. The price you pay for bringing up either my Chinese or American heritage as a negative is - I collect your f***ing head.

I have used several on my PC. Any of the 3D mark series are good, but keep in mind that 01 and (depending on your hardware) 03 will be CPU bound. Another good free benchmark is aquamark3.

For testing your CPU and other components, I would recommend SuperPI and SiSoftware Sandra. Both are free and should be great for benching CPU and RAM. SuperPI basically just sees how long it takes to calculate PI to so many digits. Sandra is a lot more complicated, and will give youa ton of info about every little component of your PC.
