Umm, It's possible this has been noticed by many already and perhaps there has been a thread about it that I've missed as I don't check the lounge as often as I used to (due to actually... gasp.... doing some coding!), but flipcode has officially died.... =/ Just thought I'd check the iotd to find it hasn't been updated since July 4th. So I head over to the main page to see a sad little note basically saying the site is officially dead... flipcode Very sad to see, but thankfully I always was more of a Gamedev person. Anyways I'll just sit back and await the "Welcome to last month" posts ;) Cheers, Steve

It's a sad day indeed, but there's already been at least two threads about it, one of which was rapidly deleted. I may very well have been working in a bank today if it hadn't been for Flipcode. RIP.

yeah, it's a repost, but that one sorta slid off the top. we should have a sticky for people comming over from flipcode. something like, welcome to gamedev. please read the FAQ before posting, that is all.

[repost] indeed. There was another that was deleted, but it didn't have many comments any-how.
