I have been trying to compile scintilla on windows for the past three and a half hours and can't, for the life of me, get it working. I even went so far as to install Cygwin and try that. Ive been getting linker errors either when compiling scintilla itself, or on the ocasions when i did get it working, the program which uses scintilla gives me linker errors (undefined references to the scintilla functions). Either Im compiling it wrong, or Im not adding the correct static libraries in the linking process. Either way, I have no idea how I could get this working. If someone here has it compiled (and working), or is sure they can do it with little hassle, would you please send me the static libraries required to use scintilla on windows (the GTK version) with mingw. Thanks!!! Im willin g to rate up or give cookies or whatever to anyone who can help me with this.
