Yeah... How would you go about eating that? It looks alright though.

The best would be to grow/implant a third arm. That would even be usefull for other stuff ^^

Until that happens, I only eat when I'm thinking and then I brush of the chocolate powder to whatever textile is closest - usually my pants XD

Note: The chocolate becomes powdery, it does not melt in your hands.

Once cooled off, would you end up with individual chocolate covered peanuts, or one large brown rock?

If you keep stirring, they don't get stuck together. So mine are individually chocolate covered munchies! *takes just one and eats it*

Where's the nutritional information? I'm gonna report you to the FDA!

But seriously, that does look pretty damn tasty. About how long would you estimate it takes for the water to evaporate enough until you turn the flame off and stop stirring? And do you refrigerate it for the few hours after or just let it sit?

It depends on the heat I guess. But I stood stirring for about 15-20min. The last part is tricky, I think I burned just a little. Because when the water's evaporating you have to remember that the pan and peanuts are hot, so even when turning of the heat there will be heat left. So turn it off just when the water's gone. Good point about the refrigerator, have to try that. I personally let it stay in room temperature, figured the water in the peanuts would evaporate better if not chilled. But I could be wrong =)
