I don't get it - there's a . that you click on and it displays a picture of "C++"?

Look at the pic he has 100101 drawn on there which is 37 in decimal, 45 in octal and 25 in hex I would assume it has some relevance to the equation in the title of the first page but I am just not going to bother I have to go to work soon don't have time to mess with it.

Ahh its not all that hard, after I saw that other puzzle with the bug I tried my own... I'm just a beginner(well not beginner but not professional) in C++ and I know a bit of html, so I decided to make my own lil puzzle... Dont expect anything hard cuz I know binary and decimal and a bit of hex... No servers or something like that to it. Look closer at the pic... somewhere around position 0,0 of it... Just think. And its pretty short too.

And the title on the other page, well, says puzzle... (whats letter #16 and like that)...
