This is the result of a "Google Bombing". Essentially, a raft of (presumably left-leaning) bloggers links to the same page with the text "miserable failure". Interestingly, the second link is to michaelmoore.com. It's a cute trick, but not especially incisive or useful.

There was a counter-Google-bombing as well by (presumably right-leaning) bloggers: great President. Interestingly, Clinton is the #2 result (a counter-counter-Google bombing?).
