Screenshot Using Webcam

Hey there, I just bought the directshow programming from microsoft and one of the thing that really interests me is the webcam part. The tutorials and all have examples of how to display video that is being captured from the webcam, but I dont see any documentation that shows how to take a screenshot basically of what the camera is recording .... Are there any tutorials that you could point me to. Thanks

Assuming you know something about DirectShow and how it works, I'd suggest you look at the Sample Grabber Filter.

are there any tutorials that actually show how to use the isamplegrabber. THe microsoft book isnt helping at all as to how to code it , render 2 windows etc
