Hi I am looking for a place to store some of my code sources. It should be: a) free to use b) with account system for managing the submissions, c) and it also should be available for other users, in easy accessible form and without any required registration. Thank you for any help.

Isn't the sourceforge for big projects ? I am looking for a place where I can store some wrappers, and handy classes.

We also use freepository... but, be warned, when using their cvs server, you'll need a script to set the CVS_HOME variable, because it takes a while to type.

Ok thanks for your help, I still haven't found the best choice.

to Raduprv :

berlios.de - It is good, but still it is meant for bigger projects, then my 2 files with one class, besides I am risking to find my code changed or deleted by someone else, if I am going to post it as a code snippet.

to crusadingknight :
I haven't figured out how to even download the code.

I am going to make it more specific:

For example I have a small class, and I want it to be available from anywhere else, like http://www.somesite.ee/someusername/somesource.cpp , and maybe some additional features, like information about the required libraries.

Umm, no one can edit your code unless you add them in the project page and give them the permission to do so.
Besides, your project might grow with time, and berlios.de, although sometimes unreliable (down), it works fairly well most of the time, and it's free.

I also use geocities myself. Not exatly code management, but all I need is plain webspace.

Download _what_ code? It's a service, not a program... O_o
