Is there an open source implementation of std::tr1::unordered map available anywhere?

STLport?

I don't think they do unless that happened recently.

Nitage: which compiler do you have?

GCC 4.0 > * comes with an imp of TR1.

when VC++ 8.0 comes out it will have TR1 as an optional download from Dinkumware apparently

I think Borland C++ has support, Comeau probably does aswell.

EDIT: It's unlikely to find std::tr1::unordered_map on it's own since the other hased containers (std::tr1::unordered_(multi)map/set) can use the same underlaying backend to make them all. So it's probably more likely to come as a suite.

I'm using VC++7.1.

I guess I'll try writing my own then :)

if STLport doesn't have it and you can't find one online (i've tried searching but had no luck) you could addapt stdext::hash_map, look for the latest TR1 draft at the C++ standards committee's website, it's has the full spec of std::tr1::unordered_map there.

STLport certainly seems to have an unordered_map implementation, but how complete it is and whether or not it completely conforms to the TR1 I couldn't say. It looks like it has the required interface at least: cvs linky.
