programmer looking for project

you're probably going to get no shortage of people who'd like to work with you...in fact, here comes a PM from me! :-)

As I often do, I'll just leave a few suggestions for projects you could possibly consider:
- Sector 13
- OS Fallout
- Lugaru 2
- Darwinbots

Anyways, just a few that you could possibly be suited to you may want to consider, I'm sure you'll get plenty of offers to sift through. Good luck finding a suitable project. [smile]

All of these projects are very interesting. I'm new to gamedev and the thing I noticed first about all these teams are they are huge and actually have artists working with them. Alot of these community programming sites have no trouble finding programmers but are always lacking artists. (sourceforge.net) If anybody has a project that is just getting off the ground and codes without any 3rd party engines, uses C++ opengl and Cg please PM me.

(I'm dedicated and always try to bring a project up to commercial quality while having fun)

Hey,
I run an RTS game that has trouble getting off its feet due to a lacking programming and art team. The artistic side is starting to come together, and we are interested in getting some textures ingame in a level.

We are using the KjAPI engine which uses OpenGL and C++ with full support for Cg shaders. It has tutorials on selection and some nice code samples on the website.
