Hey guys, these chick posts are pretty lame ehh, but im just askin for advice. Ok the thing is there is this chick, which i like, we spoke a couple of times, and i know she likes me as she always ask's, are you busy this weekend etc. Ok, i havent had the balls yet to pretty much sweet talk with her and start dating. Not that i dont have the balls but becuase i feel she is "FAKE". When i say fake, not plastic surgery fake, but personality fake. This is how i found out, everytime we talk, she tells me she is going to a party at so and so etc, and that she is gonna get "smashed drunk" (first i dont like this in a chick, as i dont drink at all), anyway, she always uses the "smashed drunk" line, she does this because im the one she is speaking to, however doesnt realy even drink. But because of this i feel she is a total fake, in terms of everything she says to me. Anyway, should i acctually ask her out and see how things go, and tell her to stop being a Fuc&en phony fool, or should i nicely indirectly tell her that i dont drink and dont like alcoholics.

b) the 'smashed drunk' bit is her way of letting you know it may be worth your while *nudge nudge*

Don't do it man, if you think she is fake then she probably is. I met many a fake chics in my day, now I don't talk to any of them. I wised up over the years.

Maybe one beer does get her smashed drunk, and being such a light weight, you are the only one she can brag to without getting called on it. Go on a date with her, and really ger her smashed drunk.

Oy, these stories piss me off. If a girl liked me I wouldn't hesitate for a second to ask her out. Yes, bikola_p, grow some balls.

Oh, wait, she likes getting "smashed drunk"? eh, don't bother with her then. My above comment applies to girls worth having.

Haha, some of you guys make me laugh.
Anyway , i figured, i might just stop being a little bitch , and just come out and be an alcoholic, lol nah. Really, i think i will just stop being a bitch and tell her in an indirect way, that, NO ONE (except a few) look at ALCOHOLIC's as descent chicks, let alone a wife's. This way, ill see if she lays of with the "sick biatch" attitude, and see if she really is what she says she was.
That leads onto the second part, this will allow me to see if she is phony, lol, like the dutch wife for hire thing.
If she is a phony after that (as in still talks her self up alot of crap) then she can fudge off.

You like her. She likes you. You don't believe in drinking alcohol and you claim neither does she - she just lies about it, hell, prolly to impress you even.

So instead of being an ass and telling her that "NO ONE (except a few) look at ALCOHOLIC's as descent chicks, let alone a wife's", you might just try saying something along the lines of "Look, I think I like you, but I'm not comfortable with you getting smashed drunk every week. Personally I don't drink alcohol, so it's really hard for me to understand why someone wants to get piss drunk every week."

You're not an alchoholic just because you like to go to parties and get drunk every now and then.

Okay, she likes you. And you like her. I don't see the problem. Who cares if she drinks, getting drunk every once in a while at parties does NOT make you an alcoholic, especially in college. Here's how I'm viewing the situation: she's inviting you to the parties to come drink with her, because she knows it'll be much easier for her to make a move on you, or vice versa.

I don't think she's being "fake" either, plenty of girls say they're going to get drunk over the weekend but wind up only having a few beers. Keep in mind they have lower tolerance, so what makes you buzzed may make the other person pretty drunk.

You don't have to go to these parties if you don't like to drink, but still ask her out. When you start dating her you'll find out if she's truly a fake. You can't judge her by how much she says she'll consume and how much she actually consumes.

Anyway, call her up and get her to go get some coffee with you. Then work your magic :)

It sounds more like she's insecure than fake, that she's saying something that she thinks will make her sound cool even though it doesn't reflect her true feelings. That's very common in teenagers - boys as well as girls - and even in college kids too (and sadly far too many adults). I think it's a bit much to expect her to have the strength to resist the peer pressure of what constitutes "cool" and so on. You could help her break through that by asking her if she really wants to get smashed drunk or if she's just saying that to sound cool. If you handle it right, you may be able to help her find the strength to overcome the trap of social pressures.

You're not an alcoholic if you only drink at parties. You're an alcoholic if you drink when you *don't* have an occasion. (Ok, I just made that definition up, but I don't think it's a bad guideline)
But sheesh, sounds like a superficial problem to me. Ask her out and see what happens. You can't really say she's "fake" before you get to know her.
If you like her and she likes you, it's at least got to be worth a try, yes? Don't worry about problems until they become problems.

bikola_p: Ask her out. You seem to forget that ending a relationship that has been going to almost no time will be pretty easy.

So, you ask her out, date for a while, and, if when you find out more about her, you don't like her anymore, break up. It's that easy. And isn't that the whole point of dating? You like someone, so you get to know them better?

btw, most seem to say it dont make her an alco if she occasionally drinks, dude, She's like "I want to get smashed before my Major English/Maths etc Test's".

IMO, if she keeps mentioning she wants to get drunk with you at a party, that simply means she wants to bang you. She prolly doesn't want a big "relationship" thing...just friends with benefits. That's my take.

Ask her out! Suggest going on a date to say, the movies or something (where alcohol wont be involved).

Tell her that she doesn't have to be drunk, or get you drunk for the two of you to want to get together. (Make some bold move to prove this to her)
If she feels the same way, all good. If she'd rather drink as well then she may not really like you for you, and just want a drunken fling.

btw, The best thing to overcome being shy, is to convince yourself that it really is only embarrasing if you don't act confident, and make the obvious moves that, you know she really is expecting.
