[.net] Error when trying to Execute

I need some help, I'm trying to get my shool work completed and have not been able to get the code to comile in my MSDN version of Visual Studio .NET. I get an error that states "Error while trying to run project. The Machine Debug Manager is disabled" Anyone know how I can fix this?

You have to start the service (control panel: services)

Just enter the error message in Google next time!
