Hi I'm new to this board. I came here mainly to post my games and ask for any help I might need, I post at Christian Coders Network and posted my game there, but here there is alot more people. I have been making games for about a year, though I have been wanting to make games since I was 6, I have used Blitz3d, Adventure Game Studio and Game Maker, I am now just finishing up the full version of a simple sidescroller of mine called Joe, which hopefully will be done by Christmas. Feel free to post any questions you have in the relevant forum (I've been here sine 2001 and still post questions in the beginner's forum from time to time), and make extensive use of the articles and FAQs here...this site is a tremendous weath of information.

Welcome. After reading your introduction, I have to say it sounds like you've come to the right place. Be sure to read the faq to get acquainted with the forum rules, the forum tags and emoticons. There are two forum tags in particular that will probably be helpful to you, the "code" tag and the "source" tag. And don't forget to check out the Resources section. You might be able to find answers there as well. Oh, and when you post a question, don't forget to give it a title that relates to the question. "This don't work" doesn't work [grin] And don't forget to have fun!

If you want to get more people to play your game, you could sign up for GDNet+ and post the demo on the GD Showcase.
