encryption problem

Are you asking us to do a mind meld or something? Unless you remember your password, you need to hack your own data (which is just fine in my opinion). What form of encryption did you use?
Although seriously, there may be ways to focus your memory. I will look through my articles and see if I can find something.

What do you recall about your password? Did it have numbers? If it is simple, you may be able to brute force crack it.

Whoah.
for those who never heard what is blowfish, link
Now that's some encryption. There's currently no algorithms that can break it, other than bruteforcing.
If the program you used is implemented properly (and if it doesn't do something awful to weaken encryption for sake of compilance with weird laws) you'll better remember the password 'cause there is no other way.
Otherwise, stop using the hard disk files were on. NOW. Then put it in other computer, get some software to search in deleted space. Chances are, all your beloved sources are still there [lol], or at least old versions (never believe the "wiping files after encryption" ). Or password are somewhere in the swapfile, or something equally weird.
Whoah.

Strong Encryption - You can encrypt both standalone files and entire folders.
The high level of security is ensured by using the well-known unbeatable 128-bit key BlowFish algorithm.
