I'm such a newb at this I can't stand it. Anyway, is there something !free! that I can use that shows a good list of OpenGL functions and how to use them? Tags? Thanks! ~Axesor.

You're looking for the OpenGL blue book. At any rate, consider opengl.org often, looking at the faqs pages, links to manuals. There is also a lot of info at msdn.
