Im not on gamestaff but what exactly do u mean with webgames?
If ur talking HTML then ur crazy unless its something like the unsolveableridle, on the otherhand creating a FLASH game is very easy. And you could always just create a game in java!
Its all the same just the initialization that is diffrent
