Can some body explain how i use this program from within vis studio.net to profile a opengl program coded in c ? Ive looked at the website for hours cant find any sort of user friendly user guide just endless links of turd ><. I followed these instructions but it doesnt display anything at all, On the Tools menu, select DevPartner Profiler and choose Enable DevPartner Profiler. On the Debug menu, select Start or Start Without Debugging. Exercise your application. Use the Session Controls to focus data collection, if desired. Close your application. After a short interval, the session data appears in the DevPartner Profiler Session window. See the DevPartner Profiler Community Edition on-line help for complete instructions. I see two new tabs added to vis studio but when i run my program they dont seem to do anything at all. I must be missing some steps from the amazing user guide i guess please help... :( See the community edition on-line help if you can find it lol be easier to find elvis. Please someone end this torture i just want to profile my program nothing special. Also if i click any of the new buttons related to the profiler i get this message "Devpartner Control Service returned an unexpected error" thx alot for any help.
