Help!, conversion coordinates.. (dx)

There are some sample that converts 3d-directx coordinates into a 2d-flat-screen coordinates?. Because i want to made a modeler and i want to select some parts of 3d-body with the mouse. For example, if i click into a head frame, then this allow to rotate only the head.
