need server with cgi access ?

Do you need a server to run your web pages with cgi access ? Need someone to create a web page for you and any cgi programs you wish to run on it ? I am your person. I can supply you with a web page with cgi access and create your cgi programs for you. That is what I can do for you. Now you tell me what you can offer me in return.
