Team name Stonefish Entertainment, Thunderbolt Tactical and DistortedWare Project name Field Ops Brief description Field Ops is a first person multiplayer game, that is not bound to a single jurisdition and is completely clan based. Target aim Field Ops will initially be released as shareware. If Field Ops creates a very large community, Stonefish and Thund. Tac. may consider moving Field Ops commerical. This is highly unlikely at the moment as both Stonefish and Thund. Tac. are groups of students wanting to better ourselves within the games development industry. Compensation As Field Ops is currently shareware, we may not be able to pay you a large amount, but we can offer a free copy of Field Ops, including next-gen versions, membership with Tactical Operations International (Field Ops moderation clan), developer status with Stonefish and Thund. Tac. and a bonus for your commitment and quality of work. All work is credited, and you may use work here as references later on. Base fee is unknown at present. Technology Field Ops will be designed with a unique feature in mind. Backwards Compatibility. Field Ops will still be built to look impressive on high end systems, but will be programmed to be able to 'degrade' enough to be very playable on older systems that would otherwise be crippled. Our target operating system will be the Windows platform, with Linux not far behind. MacOS is currently not supported because of the limitations of the graphics engine. Field Ops will be coded in C++, with Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition. Graphics engine: Irrlicht Networking: RakNet (Shareware licence secured) Physics: Novodex Physics: Ageia Audio: Audiere Input: DirectInput Model format: .x Talent needed We currently need 3D artists capable of modeling a range of weapons, vehicles, equipment and applying textures. We seek models of medium quality, textured and in the .x format. You are free to use any 3D modelling program at your disposal as long as it is capable of exporting model and texture. "As Field Ops is currently shareware, we may not be able to pay you a large amount"

sorry for being picky about this, but does "not a large amount" mean there is money involved here? Other than royalties I mean, which don't count as cash.
