Not sure about this one. The code is OK, but the explanation of it is not great.

Bleh. Doesn't even have a mechanism to remove elements from a tree. Rejected with the usual bcc, etc.:

Dear Ahmed Qazi,

We greatly appreciate your submission of "A Generic Tree Class" for publication consideration. Unfortunately we are not able to accept this submission for publication.

The primary issue is that the article only deals with how to use your tree class, and does not go into any of the implementation details in sufficient depth in order for the article to serve as a proper resource. Additionally, the code as presented in your article has a number of issues with missing functionality and correctness including improper const handling and a non-standards compliant iterator implementation. Finally, the article suffers from numerous presentation problems including a lack of explanation of why you would wish to use a tree class over a standard associative container and the over use of single sentence paragraphs.

Should it be possible to resolve any of these outstanding considerations, we would be happy to review your content again. For a more detailed explanation of the aforementioned reasons, or to answer any of your questions in general, please contact the Editor-in-Chief at editor@gamedev.net.

Thank you for your submission, and we hope that you will again choose GameDev.Net for future content you wish to share with the game development community.

As you might know, GameDev.Net receives a large number of article submissions and I do apologize for any delay in getting back to you.
