[MDX] 3D engine

The Z-Buffer has a list of MDX engines - have you checked them out?

I have seen the list, but there is very many. Anoyone having good experience with some of them?

Irrlicht.NET was definitely fun for me to play with. I really liked it. I suggest that you look into it.

I'm just getting into Truevision3D

It's on version 6.2 right now, but i hear a major overhaul is on the way soon in the form of 6.5.

The documentation is here... its not amazing but the tutorials that come packaged with it(demo projects, REALLY well commented) get you up and running really fast.

Nobody has done any wide scale comparison of them that I know of. However this showed up in my blog reader today which is of interest.

I've also heard some good things said about AE on the IRC channel #mdxinfo. If you pop in there Deis will be able to fill you in on the details.
