Hello Apologies if this has been discussed before. I’m trying to make a skybox. I draw quads with a texture bound to them but this results with the lines as on the image: http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/4422/screen5xy.png I’ll appreciate greatly any hints on how to get rid of the problem. Many thanks in advance.

before drawing your box do this:
glTexParameteri(GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_WRAP_S, GL_CLAMP);
glTexParameteri(GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_WRAP_T, GL_CLAMP);

Or, GL_CLAMP_TO_EDGE.

I believe GL_CLAMP is the right one.

Thanks for your suggestions. It didn't really help but I may be doing something wrong.

I'll study the glTexParameteri when I come back from work

Thanks again

disable lighting before you draw the quads and enable it afterwards.
This will take away the join lines. Also, disable writing to the depth buffer so that it will appear behind everything else.
