Hi, does anyone know a way to read video/audio from a System.IO.Stream object in DirectShow .NET, instead of a file. Guidance or samples in VB.NET or C# will be much appreciated. Thanks very much.

Could anyone point me in the right direction at least please? I'm sure this can be done...

Do you mean tha real DirectShow managed assembly or DirectShow.Net (which is a 3rd party rewrite).

If its the 1st one then there are few samples and little support since DShow was moved to Platform SDK

If you mean the 2nd one then ask in the DirectShow.Net forums

See DirectShow AudioVideoPlayback FAQ
