can install debug runtime!

sorry if this is stupid but everytime I try install the DirectX debug runtime it says its installed successfully so then I check my control panel in classic view and the directX option not there. I've even tried re-intalling the whole SDK serveral times and it still doesn't work.

As a general guess, your runtime and SDK version dont match - make sure they do. But without more information on your part I (or others) can't really say...
