This is EXACTLY what I meant. Thanx. But then again, it is exactly the type of function I was afraid to find too.......;-)

I added triangle to triangle - collision detection to lesson 23.
it allows all (or about all) wall angles.
i''m tring to get it posted on the nehe news site (source and .exe).Cause, I don''t want e-mail requesting it.

It worked great for slower moving objects.But, Pass-through
objects and walls can happen(if the step rate is too high).

Hi,

If you make a new version of the function, send me a mail.

My function has a problem :

Example :

-5.0 0.0 0.0 --> left cornen
5.0 0.0 1.0 --> righ corner

If you do that, the collision detection will not work because the Z value is not the same that the first. Of someone can fix this problem, it''ll be excellent !
