Greetings. I am currently working on an action-based game using TCP in a client/server network. I was wondering... is there anyway you can leave the nagle's algorithm on, while changing the delayed ACK time? I realised the delay in windows is approx 200 ms... if i can change this to something like 50 ms... it would greatly help... is this possible? or am i just dreaming..?? Thanks very much in advance!

No, there is not. If you have interactive needs with TCP, turn on TCP_NODELAY.

If you worry about writing more than once during a single net frame, then create a buffer class, write to that, and flush the buffer (a single call to send()) at the end of the netframe, to reduce packet overhead.
enum Bool { True, False, FileNotFound };
