Could someone point me to a quick article that compares Aspect Oriented Programming to OOP? I can't seem to make out the difference from the various articles I've read, except for some stricter (style) rules, etc. I need this for myself and my own curiosity, so anything gritty that's for coders (not "architects" or "analysts") will do.

Hmm. From a coding standpoint you might want to try this article.

I've seen that one before, and quite frankly, I don't get it. Mostly because it lacks a proper "motivating" section for me.

The example is also very, VERY business oriented. Anything better? More technical?

EDIT: This article looks better... but still. More is probably better, so keep em rolling.
(clicky)

PS: I'm already starting to get it.

I've interested in that topic too. So I've found some on wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspect_Oriented_Programming

It seems like an effort for parametrize the programming process. You can make something similar using Design Patterns, Object Oriented Abstraction, Templates and Operators in c++.

Also interesting is Feature Oriented Programming:

I think that it works very well with the Feature Driven Development method (FDD); an Agile process that guides the developing projects based on a list of Features instead of Case-uses. I've found it more clearly to understand that RUP (And the other UP like flavors ).
