This article does not seem to agree with other articles I have seen, converning rotation matrix, and translation matrix.

All seem to agree that a matrix is indexed as row then column... ie. row 1, column 2 of matrix m is m[1,2]

Other articles state that a translation matrix is...

m[0,0]=1; m[0,1]=0; m[0,2]=0; m[0,3]=tx;
m[1,0]=0; m[1,1]=1; m[1,2]=0; m[1,3]=ty;
m[2,0]=0; m[2,1]=0; m[2,2]=1; m[2,3]=tz;
m[3,0]=0; m[3,1]=0; m[3,2]=0; m[3,3]=1;

this article says:

m[0,0]=1; m[0,1]=0; m[0,2]=0; m[0,3]=0;
m[1,0]=0; m[1,1]=1; m[1,2]=0; m[1,3]=0;
m[2,0]=0; m[2,1]=0; m[2,2]=1; m[2,3]=0;
m[3,0]=tx; m[3,1]=ty; m[3,2]=tz; m[3,3]=1;

They also disagree in the rotation around x and around y, but all seem to agree on the rotation around z? they really only disagree on the sign of the sin(angle).

I''ve checked multiple sites, and there are agreements for both ways. Which is correct?
