I guess it'd be nice to marry her. She'd probably be so complacent and dependent that you'd be able to tell her to "get in the kitchen and make me some pie" whenever you want, as often as you want! (note: I do not know if this is real or not, the friend that passed me the link said he found it on one of those random image sites or something)

I'd go with not real, the bits of dodgy spelling and poor english indicate that the 'article' never went past an editor. I don't think I could deal with a girl like that, there's just no drive for anything present in that sort of personality! (well, bar an easy life, and we all have that)

That would be kind of hard since she's not going to college. [smile]

She'd make a pretty terrible wife. Her story starts repeating itself after about 80 words, so one can only imagine how quickly her novelty would wear off after marriage.

Ya I agree with you.

1) Her writing level is extremely low. I had a greater writing capacity than that when I was in the third grade. Except of course it has since deteriorated due to fact I've switched from actual novels and essays to books on programming and internet forums.

I'd say overall the writing style and thought development is on par with a mentally corrupted self hating 8th grade girl. For example when she says every girl wants to be a princess. I think girls who think that way should be punched in the neck.

2) And I'm sure everyone here has no interest in [marrying] a woman who sees them as a bank account. Honestly a woman like her seems utterly useless, she wont be earning any money and sure as hell wont be interesting to listen to (based on her clearly shitty insight in that "article"). So basically there is only one category left for her to excell at ... and frankly a prostitute sounds cheaper.

This is either a hoax, or a really really shitty publication. Cypher19 did you scan that article yourself? Where did it come from?

Whats wrong with wanting to be a princess?

Hell, I wouldn't mind being a princess.

Discalimer: Let me start by saying I actually found your joke funny, but I will continue my self indulgent tirade :) ...

Ah then I see both of you basically have an unearned sense of immense self entitlement. Who else should one model themselves after? Who better than someone born into gross wealth and doesn't do anything resembling work her entire life. I'm sure in her mastubatory fantasy of a princess she even gets her pick of some laughably unsuitable television type husband, even though this was very rarely the case for any actual princesses.

No girl who says she wants to be a princess after the age of eight ever mentions any actually notable princess, and no Princess fucking Diana isn't one of them. I'm thinking more along the lines of Catherine the Great for example. But this is simply because girls like that cannot even name a single princess other than Princess Jasmine of Agrabah.

[edit:]

Her article is frought with inconsistency. For example:

"I don't think girls should have to go to college"
"But, I can understand if girls want to go to beauty school, cause [sic] every girl should have options"

Well first of all she forgot to use an apostrophe if she insists on using 'cause as a word in that context. And if girls need options why on earth are they so shitty? Congratulations girls, welcome to 1950! You can either work at a beauty parlor or a day care as she later mentions.

"[women] are too busy with their life and family [for college]"
If between 18 and 23 you have your own family and are waiting on a college graduate husband you have much bigger problems. Or maybe shes talking about her birth family in which case I wonder why the hell they need so much attention.

"[women] are too busy with their lives [for college]"
WTF?

"Girls should all have back up [sic] plans but nothing that is full time and nothing that needs college to succeed"
Umm she doesnt explain why that is the case. She simply makes a statement and decrees it law. Also, it is spelled "backup". Why does she work so hard to insist that women only perform traditional and antiquated roles?

In high school they must not have had her read any proper feminist literature. For example Handmaid's Tale.

Could be a local paper. By local, I mean neighborhood.

But aside from that possibility, there's no way this should exist. Where'd you find this Cypher, and don't say it was a college newspaper.

Or it could be a highschool newspaper. I bet she was taunted for months by her peers for writing that article.

I can't remember, isn't there a reason we don't allow 5 year old girls to marry 40 year old men? Wait, maybe there's a reason we don't allow 5 year old girls to write crappy columns about 'getting some'.

Is your friend affiliated with brown cows? One of sources for this image was itmnd.

Because you don't know her other articles, you can't say if this wasn't just a joke from her side. In fact if this is an old article of Lyndsey Stauss, she is/was on college. (who know why, perhaps because of boys, or because of tennis.)
(then again her writing style looks like result of education by the US school system. Yes I know education by the US ... is an oxymoron)

The picture looks like a highschool girl.. it wouldn't surprise me if it was from an actual HS newspaper.

Real or not, there are many women who think like that. Not that I care, whatever floats your boat.

Regardless, how it is possible for "every girl to marry every guy that is rich"? Surely that is a lot of guys for just one girl.
