I'm trying to write a nice little utility program to tell me how long I'm on the computer and what I'm doing when. How do I write a program which will run on Window's startup? How do I get it to minimize to the system tray (that's the thing in the bottom right, right?), and open when I double click the icon? Finally, how can I have it see if other programs are currently running? TIA for the help.

I just skimmed that article (I'll read it more in-depth when I get the chance), but it seems like the tracking part would only work for applications I create myself. What about applications that I didn't create, like MSVS, or IE?

EDIT: Also, I would prefer to use C++, although I could probably pull it off in C# if necessary.
