[.net] How to optimize my program?

I thought /G7 option optimizes for Pentium4 and Athlon, and maximum optimization should be /Ox (no need for other options). (This is according to CodeBlocks with visual C++ Toolkit 2003 compiler).

EDIT: keep in mind though that the best optimizations can be made by optimizing the code itself :)
