After fixing 124 errors in my code which occured after moving my classes to a header, I only have one left. However, it's one of those evil, evil linker errors. Can someone help me figure this out? Error 2 error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "public: bool __thiscall player_controlled_object::Update(void)" (?Update@player_controlled_object@@QAE_NXZ) Tiling_Tryouts.obj I don't have any real idea what it means... Update is a method of my player_controlled_object class, so I guess that's what it's got a problem with, but I don't know why it isn't working. Help, please? TIA.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I program in C++, on MSVC++ '05 Express, and on Windows. Most of my programs are also for windows.
That error means that it can't find a body for player_controlled_object::Update(). Make sure that it's defined and that your definition has the player_controlled_object:: in front of the name.
