Urethra. Despite the humoruous title, this thread is 100% serious. For nearly a year it seems that there's been a significant delay between me pushing my bladder and the piss streaming out. Sometimes its only a few seconds, other times its like 20 seconds. It seems I have to do a series of "thrusts" with the muscles that expel the piss. I used to just be able to piss and that was it. No delay or anything. WTF is going on?
Asking a game development forum for medical advice is rather funny.
I also recommend you see a real doctor, I only play one on TV

It's latency. You need to upgrade to gigabit.
My diagnosis is that you either have a problem with your prostate gland or have AIDS.
You can learn more by going to a doctor and asking him/her about it. Chances are you'll get a better diagnosis of the problems there than on a game development message board (where someone will inevitably suggest that the problem is AIDS, regardless of the listed symptoms). [wink]

That's definately AIDS. Don't let these imbecils convince you it has anything to do with your prostate, or that you can get any help from a doctor. All a doctor will be able to do is tell you you have AIDS, then charge you five hundred dollars for a bottle of pills. What do you think this is, Canada? You're better off just staying in bed until you die. Cheaper that way.

You're pregnant.
Unzip your pants before you go to the toilet.
Seriously see your doctor, and tell him to lube up well.
EDIT: Incidentally, please answer the following personal questions:
1. How old are you?
2. Does it hurt to pass urine (pain and/or other unnatural sensations)?
3. Is there any other pain down there?
4. Are you going more frequently than usual (during the day and at night)?
5. Are your testicles in pain and/or are they tender to touch?
6. Are you under a lot of stress recently?
Yes, you'll still need to visit your doctor if you answer these questions.
