Three projects of mine is: Tile Quest Engine - A game engine for tile scrolling platform games. Tile Quest - The same as above but in java. DrumSim - A drumpattern simulator. I know that you only should have one project you work on at one time, but I can't resist, because I have no programming trouble anymore, it's over and it goes much better now, I know how I shall do, so I don't get stuck anymore but I have a hell of a lot work todo.
I actually like having 2 projects ongoing at the same time. When I get bored of one, I just switch to the other. Though my two right now are pretty different.
1. The project for the cpp workshop (stickied at top). Text based dungeons & dragons type game.
2. 2d action game which is a cross between space invaders and missile defense.
Like I said, when I've worked on one for a while and start to feel bored/frustrated/overwhelmed, I just switch to the other. I'm getting more done now than I ever have before.

Hollow Halls: A game that takes place in an old 18th century house full of spooks. The player has to find the source of these spooks through clues they drop and put an end to them.
This is going to be a 4 elements project. So I'll be pressing the deadline on it.

STL.Net. A port of the standard C++ containers library into C#. I really want a new name for it, but that's the best I've got for the time being. I'm leaning towards "Super Awesome Library 5000," but don't want to be too hasty.

Curently, just one:
Project Avarice - probably best described as a Diablo kind of game. I like to think of it as using the best parts of WoW, NWN, and Diablo (ie, gathering loot) along with a nicer set of controls (I hope). Not enough to post an IOTD or the screenshots thread since I'm the only programmer and artist [headshake]
(If I may say so myself, I think it's not doing too badly. It may be the art of a programmer, but I don't think it's *too* much like programmer art. Hopefully I'll be able to show everyone something of interest soon)

I posted about it in my screenshots thread.
I don't really have any programming projects on at the moment. I'm more concentrating on my environment control system for my terrariums, which will involve microcontroller / eeprom programming I suppose.
Professional:
Personal:
Hiatus/daydreaming:
- APE2 : a new version of the Analyses & Politiques Economiques student's website, with wiki-like link manager, course evaluation and an online course schedule. PHP & MySQL, using an enhanced version of Tekton.
- WOFOW : online workflow management solution, in collaboration with several other people. ASP.NET 2.0
Personal:
- Mendeleiev : a 3D game engine in C#. Version numbers are periodic table element names.
- Scarab : an online 2D puzzle game in PHP.
- Tekton : a PHP content management system, and a markup language loosely based on LaTeX.
- Weirs : a 2D top-down shooter game à la Gauntlet, using Mendeleiev.
Hiatus/daydreaming:
- Tymed : a programming language dedicated to game development.
- SG : an RTS using Mendeleiev, possibly also AI contest material I'd use on GDNet.
- T-Gallery: a Tekton-based online gallery in PHP.
- radix_map: an STL-friendly map implementation using integers as keys, with O(1) insert/find/remove.
- Collision Prediction: a series of GDNet articles describing a collision prediction system hopefully more efficient than collision detection.
- SASHand: a text editor for the SAS language, with intellisense and refactoring tools.
- IDE-Light: a small IDE (editor, compiler, debugger) for Caml Light, in OCaml, which I'd use for teaching purposes.
I'm working on an RPG that will take place in medieval Europe.
An 2D turn base RPG, simular in design to Quest 64.
-Current status: Barely anything done
-Built with: C++ and SDL, although I may migrate to OpenGL later
A level editor for said RPG:
-Current status: Operational, and am going to expand it today
-Built with: C++ and Win32

A blog written in Common Lisp. It uses TBNL and CL-WHO and runs with Apache on my laptop.
As long as we're mentioning daydreams, I'm also "working" on a turn based strategy RPG. You would control small squadrons of 5-20 people, all individually. But, although you have the option of doing everything by hand, the idea behind the game is that you program AIs for each of them, and let the computer fight for you. The game would be networked in some way so that your AI can lose to my AI. Or, perhaps, your AI could lose to me personally. Its up to you. Then, you can marry the Hulk and play all the Hockey you want.

I'm working on making 2 graphic novels in cooperation with 2 different artists. Both projects are currently in the storyboarding phase, hoping to see the first actual manga pages in a week or two. [smile]
I also have been working on making a how-to-write book out of yhe various posts and journal entries I have made here and on other writing forums. Currently I have about 60 pages of raw material, the paragraphs numbered, and I'm trying to talk myself into cutting them up with a scissors and sorting them into piles by subject.

Four projects, all of them going slowly because I tend to spend a lot of my non-cash-earning time sleeping and staring into space instead of working.
1. A highly non-linear text-adventure RPG in which you play as the bastard child of an absent-minded king whose other offspring are all scheming for the throne, most oblivious to the fact that their father has other plans. The ultimate goal for my script-writing is to make the game completeable either entirely through social manipulation, entirely through combat, or through any combination of the two desired. Assassination is also an option, of course, as is leaving the aristocracy to slay monsters and build a reputation.
2. A sort of a postmodern fantasy novel about the destruction of the old gods, the creation of a new god, and the subsequent ascension of the world into a post-human state. Tentatively titled "The Death of Yhas," though I don't really like that name.
3. Getting my most recent, highly polished piece of magical realism published. There's not much of a market for this sort of stuff, and with good reason, I suppose. Nevertheless, it is mine, and I wouldn't mind seeing some reputation++ or bling++ for it.
4. Cleaning my storage unit of an apartment.

- Classic Mice
Inspired by Apple's Mighty Mouse and MacMice's Danger Mouse, I decided to work on marrying old computer mouse peripherals to old cartoon mice. I'm currently collecting PS/2, serial and ADB mice, on which I will paint illustrations of Mighty Mouse, DangerMouse, Pixie & Dixie and other cartoon "meeses."
No Mickey Mouse, though. He's already been overcommercialized, and I want to focus more on cartoon mice that aren't necessarily recognizable to everyone, making an exception for the absolutely mandatory Pinky and the Brain mouse!
I start on character sheets tonight. - The Sickness
This is to be a traditional hand-drawn (but computer animated) 1-minute sequence showing off imaginative (ie, "sick") basketball moves in a unique graphical style. I've been working on the story board, and plan to use this to evaluate bauhaus Mirage Studio.

Damn, I thought I was the only one doing that. :(
My current projects are as follows, in order of priority:
1) My 4E5 entry, also known as Project HYDROGEN (I'm not revealing the title yet).
2) Project STORM, which is my codename for the game framework based on HYDROGEN, but with added flexibility and (hopefully) speed. I don't have an official name for this, however. It will likely be the basecode for my future projects to come.
3) Project HORUS, which is an OS that I haven't worked on in a while.

So, how's Project Molybdenum going? Project Manganese?
