BOOL into bool (CPP)

I have decided to convert all of my BOOL into bool. So I simply replaced every BOOL into bool. I had some few warnnings to deal with. Basically things like:

DWORD wParam;
bool bTerm;
bTerm = (bool)(wParam);

So should I simply convert it into:

bTerm = (wParam!=0);
