Am getting these errors after updating chnages to our bspnodes.cpp and header files (added XDOF functionality to the BSP libraries Full thread at http://www.saafops.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=117

4 occurrence(s) have been found.

only other reference to VBVERTEX is in BSPnodes.cpp (see below) and what I posted allready from the header file

// Convert from file offsets back to pointersBSpecialXform::BSpecialXform( BYTE *baseAddress, BNodeType **tagListPtr ):BNode( baseAddress, tagListPtr ){	// Fixup our dependents	subTree		= RestorePointers( baseAddress, (int)subTree, tagListPtr );	// Fixup our data pointers	pCoords		= (VBVERTEX *)(baseAddress + (int)pCoords);}

So you're asking the compiler to use something you never told it about in the first place. Define, or at least declare, the VBVERTEX type, so the compiler can finally get it.

ignore the newbspnodes.cpp and headers (not part of project) so only 2 references found to VBVERTEX

we can't tell you what VBVERTEX is ... we haven't written your bsp-library

looks like you're doing some sort of mod for an existing engine and missed some include file...

Your are correct - I am trying the compile with the new replacement bspnodes.cpp and header that was sent to me and am getting these failures.

I am compiling the SAAFOPS.exe that is based on old Falcon4 SP3 code. The changes were written a while back and the person who wrote the changes is not available anymore.

I am trying to get my head around BSP programming still. All I can do is post the relevant files here or point you to a DOXYGEN refernce on the classes and files.

Would that help?
