This file is only 1.7MB, and my DL always stops short of finishing it (broadband connection!). And eventually, after about 10 tries, I was locked out. Happens to my friend too... Can any of you guys DL it? ftp://ftp.fftw.org/pub/fftw/fftw-3.1.2-dll.zip Can any of you tell me if you have any luck? (DL link was from here: http://www.fftw.org/download.html)

I had no problem downloading it.

Here, I'll mirror it for you: http://members.gamedev.net/pouya/fftw-3.1.2-dll.zip

I'll delete the file in 24 hours.

I think I sometimes get the same problem. So this might help or not. Internet Explorer caches the file and then copies it over to the location you wanted. Sometimes an interrupted download will be considered "completed", and when you try to re-download the file Internet Explorer retrieves the incomplete file from the cache. Anyway, try deleting the file from your internet cache. And then re-download it.
