Hi please help me which one is better for make engine 3dstate-irrlicht-power render or other engine? tank you.

Personally, I like Irrlicht. It's free of course, and it has support for a large number of model formats, static and animated. Many projects have spawned out of Irrlicht - and it's open source. And it's stable now that v1.1 has been released (although I have't tried any of the other engines).
