I am developing a data flow diagram for a customer making an appointment at a hair salon. And I was wondering for the customer entity do I draw the data flow connection straight to an appointment process, or should I have a data flow connection from the customer entity to a receptionist entity and then to the appointment process? eg |customer entity| ----make appointment---> |appointment process| or: |customer entity| ---->make appointment---> |receptionist entity| ---make appointment-->|appointment process| thanks
