Voice typing software for programming.

Original Post
I’m at point now where I can do very little typing without my wrists getting sore. Does anyone know any voice typing programs that are good for programmers? Something where I can set a word to be associated with a word would be very helpful. For example, I’d like to be able to say “m target Component” and have it type mTargetCmp.
Exactly yesterday late night I was thinking EXACTLY about this.
It would be cool a program to which you can say words like for, while, function, class, and it automatically writes up the appropiate structure for you to complete. With left, right, up, down commands it wouldn't be that difficult to code by voice.

Get a freeweight and exercise your wrist(s). Take a 5lbs (or 2lbs if you are a girly man, but the overall weight isn't as important as it providing some restistence) and hold in it your hand.
Now use your free hand to brace your arm against a surface like the arm of a chair or your leg (basically you want your wrist to be moving, not your whole arm). Start with your hand facing up and do 10 flexes up and down, moving the wrist through a that single axis of motion - do the flexes very slowly and deliberately. Unless your wrist is very sore at the time the weight should be nothing, it's the activation of the wrist muscles you're after.
Now change position and repeat with the hand facing down for 10 more, then with your hand facing inward (sideways, but still doing an up-down motion in relation to the ground).

I don't know, why not ask a doctor?
Has American healthcare gotten so bad that GDNet is now cheaper than your HMO?
No, most Americans are just too lazy to talk to a doctor. Some are even too lazy to use a search engine to find information verified by five doctors related to CPS.
Just don't spin AIDS.
10 replies and not a single one related to what the guy asked... :/

The answer is "No".
To understand why, see ApochPiQ's post.
The only way you are going to get things like the originally suggested example of "mTargetCmp" is if you spell out each letter individually. Your voice will need medical attention long before you get anything useful created.
However, fundamentally different tasks could be possible with that kind of interface. You could probably build gui front-ends moderately easy with voice input.
