To make things clear, here is what you should have in mind when answering questions about NeHe: It is OK to give small bits of information, like for example a breif summary of our work. Examples: #1: "We are writing the code in OOP-style" (this is ok as it isn't likely to change) #2: "I personally don't agree with that" #3: "We have a IRC meeting every week" #4: "The code is mostly done, we are now working on the tutorial text" However you may _NOT_ post things that are likely to change or are important. Examples: #1: "We will relase the first batch on monday" #2: "We will do a tutorial about X" (unless this has been decided upon and work started) Futhermore you may not, without asking the rest of the team: #1:In the role of a NeHe-member contact important entities, like for example the Khronos Group #2: Sending any code or text, not yet released, to others. If you are uncertain if something is OK to say, then ask the rest of the team first. The forum is here for a reason. This is just a draft of my PR-policy. Feel free to leave comments.

Looks pretty good; as a moderator for GDNet I have to be careful not to voice my own opinion as site policy or give out any sensitive knowledge, and what you've got there does cover it fairly well. A couple of potential additional points:

- If you choose to voice your own opinion on a matter in which you could be construed as respresenting the development team/site be clear that you are not stating official policy.
- If a question refers to an area which is overseen by someone other than yourself it may in some cases be better to notify that person (or people) rather than attemption to answer the question yourself. (e.g. if someone asks about the standards to which the new lesson content may be held I am probably the most appropriate person to respond; likewise BBB is most appropriate to respond to questions regarding the updating of news to the site/forums.) This rule can (and sometimes should) be broken, but keep it in mind if you're not sure or if someone may contrue your response as official policy.
