Hello. As my topic clearly said, I need PIC programming tutorials that use C. BASIC will probably work as well but I would really appreciate ones that use C. Thank You In Advance.

Check out "123 PIC Microcontroller Experiments for the Evil Genius" (Basic)
Also use google. THere are a ton of free articles on the net that will show you how to use the PIC.

PICs aren't really very capable; even if you're programming them in C, it's probably necessary to know how to program them in assembler.
Assembler isn't really very difficult, despit the PIC being such a nasty piece of (insert expletive here).
The hard bit about PICs is the complicated hardware (timers, IO lines etc) and the limited resources (e.g. memory)
